Proposal
Client is looking for a fixed price project for the following functionality and background:

Client has a technical project leader that can take on some of the tasks, especially the bank connector apps.
Client will product all design. And have some defined here already 
Step by step:
- Request is submitted online or by loan agent at Firmo. General TC is approved.
- Firmo qualify the basic information. Outcome: Qualified / Unqualified
- Firmo asks for a credit check at the national credit check institute UC https://www.uc.se/
- Firmo sends credit request and loan application to cooperating banks.
- Banks make a supplementing request to UC and receives a credit score.
- Banks decides if they want to submit a proposal and if they chose to do so they do this through Firmos webservice
- Customer is notified in app and decides themselves if they want to accept it.
- Proposal is accepted by client in app or through voice/phone recording.
- Final processing of customer request is handled outside the application.
